The US Department of Labor and various organizations have identified the need to train local individuals to work in the growing and high-de- mand IT Industry. We have successfully trained students with various skills to become IT professionals, especially in the fields of Web Applica- tions Development and Mobile Apps Development. Our Web and Mobile Applications Developer training program is certified by the Virginia Workforce Improvement Board.
We have established a partnership with Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) to offer its courses through the NVCC Workforce Development Catalog. Insystech offers courses in its offices or in select NVCC locations and provides training to NVCC students.
In addition to offering training, we also actively participate in the OJT (On-the-job training) program, funded by the local One-Stop Center.
The key differentiator in our approach to training is the amount of hands-on work and mentoring offered in a job setting rather than a classroom setting. All of our instructors are current IT professionals developing innovative solutions. They are passionate about mentoring others in this field and create a strong, local workforce, that contributes to the growth of the local and national economy.
