Plans, manages, and coordinates activities related to cybersecurity technology initiatives; serves as a liaison between technology staff and assigned administrative organization representatives to resolve cybersecurity issues, meets cybersecurity requirements, and provides cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a field related to information systems, business management, or education,
Ten years of progressive work experience in cybersecurity and technical project management, three years of which shall have been in a technology project oversight capacity.
Master's degree or PM and Cybersecurity certifications (like PMP, CISM, COBIT, etc..) preferred.
Experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework is strongly preferred.
Experience using CIS CSAT Pro is a plus.
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge of best practices concerning customer service and customer-oriented account management;
Knowledge of business and information technology practices and trends by comparable school systems or businesses;
Understanding of technology-related issues and how they might impact assigned customers;
Awareness of appropriate local, state, and federal laws and regulations dealing with technology;
Ability to implement technology solutions, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and to function as a team leader;
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Use of agile project management methodologies and tools in a technology environment preferred.
