Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred. Other degrees such as Marketing, Communication etc., are also accepted. A bachelor’s degree can be replaced with an Associates degree + 2 additional years of related work experience.

Currently we are in the process of building a Center of Excellence (COE) for Intelligent Process Automation. Our team is working on developing various solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies that embed Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning techniques to automate routine, rule-based processes to assist the workforce and provide them the opportunities to become Knowledge Workers. We are looking for Business Process Analyst who is willing to learn the latest RPA Technologies, go through training and get certified as a UIPath RPA Analyst/Developer. We are looking for inquisitive minds, deep thinkers and problems solvers to join our energetic Center of Excellence team.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • US Citizen with CBP clearance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst with both Functional and Technical aspects of system development, preferably working on U.S. Federal Government projects.
  • Previous experience working with UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism is a plus
  • Must be process minded, automation focused with good presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • FREE RPA training will be provided by Insystech to selected candidate
Job Responsibilities:
Business Analyst shall support federal clients to meet their requirements. Duties include but may not be limited to high-level analysis and support related to statutory requirements and compliance, business process re- engineering, IT portfolio reviews, and/or integration of IT investment processes to other procedures and disciplines.
  • Work with clients to execute RPA initiatives by analyzing and designing process workflows using UIPATH; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions, ensuring quality of the system
    • Analyze available solutions and identify & implement optimal solution
    • Developing BOT's using Flowchart and Sequence workflows
  • Develop business process diagrams, as-is and to-be states
  • Assist in gathering and understanding requirements and identifying business flows
  • Analyze processes that are suitable for automation and articulate them to the customer
  • Understand and utilize UIPath prescribed development best practices
  • Work closely with the development, testing teams to ensure that the requirements are met
  • Support with testing the developed objects
  • Perform demo (automation solutions) to the stakeholders
