Insystech Maintained Oracle databases for PeopleSoft Payroll & HRMS 7.5 and Pensions 7; planned, installed, configured, customized, tested and implemented DB2 UNIX; performed database architecture design and database administration support for DB2; conducted performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery and problem resolution; provided 24x7 on-call customer support; Installed new instances of UDB (v6.1) on NT, AIX; Created new production databases and configured a maintenance plan for them; Upgraded 8.06 and 8.05 databases to version 8.17 on Windows NT; performed incomplete and complete recovery of databases on HP-UX-11.0; Examined archived redo logs using Log Miner on client's request; installed and configured Oracle Enterprise Manager and OMS for simplifying administration duties; wrote and implemented shell scripts for performing online backups; disk space monitoring; cold backups; exports and other activities for Oracle on HP-UX; Solaris 2.6; assisted application developers with complex queries and provided technical support for them; maintained 13 Oracle 9i, 8i, 8,7.3.4 databases, 10 SQL Server 2000,7,6.5, and 2 Sybase SQL Anywhere and DB2 databases.Insystech is providing the services of Web Architect to support the IAS project.

Insystech setup Crystal Enterprise and trained the county staff in usage of Crystal Enterprise. Insystech also participated in analyzing security requirements and defining standards in publishing reports in the Intranet, for all departments to view reports, and for reports to be published to the public.

Insystech has provided sub-contracting/consulting services to the State of Delaware, and is currently providing services to a number of Counties in Virginia.
