Project: Do Not Call Blockers & Contact Management Suite
The Do Not Call Blockers provide Trendwest, one of the largest
telemarketing firms, the ability to comply with the FCC regulations.
The DNC systems developed and supported by the Insystech team, dynamically
verifies the phone number being called against the National Do-Not-Call list and
stops the automatic, intelligent dialer from calling the phone number, if it exists in the list.
The system has very high call through-put, and has saved Trendwest,
several thousands of dollars of potential fines.
Insystech has developed the Turn-Key Solution that is currently
utilized in more than 40 Trendwest Call Centers in North America.
And is providing 24x7 support for the application.
Project: FAST*R
The FAST*R application provides a supply chain management solution for MAP, fifth largest
refiner in USA, by integrating its Feedstock Acquisition,
Supply, Scheduling, Trading, Accounting and Risk Management business functions.
Insystech has provided the services of Quality Assurance Manager,
Configuration Manager, Senior Programmer Analysts for this project.
The tools used are: C#, .Net C++, COM, DCOM,and Rational Clearcase.
Project: Systems Performance Tuning and On-Call Support
Insystech provides on-call Database and Systems Administration support to
Independence Air through our partner, DBIG. We have analyzed and tuned
the performance of the database, and systems used by Independence Air that
serves the "fly-I" website, including peak performance during special
sale campaigns. We have provided services of Senior
Oracle Database Administrators and Senior Unix/Linux Systems Administrators for this effort.
Insystech is currently providing services to Marathon Ashland Petroleum and Trendwest Marketing.
