Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems can be effectively utilized in many ways including being used to collect information from customers in the form of surveys or provide information to customers in the form of account statements. Insystech has successfully utilized IVR to conduct surveys. Most recently, we have collected Virginia 2005 Triennial School Census Survey responses for multiple school districts.

As part of this, we convert the survey questions to IVR scripts, record the voice prompts, setup the database to capture the responses and deploy the system in our telephony servers. All you have to do is provide to us the survey questions and answers as a Word document.
